Is there any way of turning off the transparancy thing, because it is hard to make the corner of every image transparent.

Just put a single pixel border around your image. you wont notice it when you place the tiles.

You can use 32 bit images too

It is hard to delete the edge of every frame in the GIF, and what is an example of a 32 bit image?

just enlarge the overall size of the image. for example, if you are using 32x32 tiles, enlarge to 34x34. Most graphics programs call it enlarge canvas..

if you cannot, go get irfanview. its free, tiny, and it does batch processing of images.

Having a border is ok, but it doesn't work for infinite actors.
