When it comes to parralax scrolling, heres how its done:
When Sonic is moving the screen at a certian speed, the background should move at a slower speed. I hope this file helps (If i got the right one that is)!

Thanks for the parallax scrolling advice, James - I'm going to implement it soon!
On a good note, I've finally tracked down the voices for Tiara B. and Tails - now I just need to find a Sonic, a Rouge and an Eggman voice and then I can finally get to work on some of these cutscenes that my head is overloaded with!

Take my advice and write down the ideas on paper, it helps in case you want to expand upon them.

Today, I reveal one of the main antagonists of the game - Nazo!
This video, like the Shadow one, is a representation of the voice acting.
Awesome right? Well that actor you just heard is...hmm, y'know the famous flash animation "Nazo: Unleashed"?
Yep, Omahdon himself is performing the role of Nazo in Sonic Velocity!
