Need Help Please

I downloaded Game Editor 1.3.9 to take a look at how it works. The problem I'm having is that after the install completes I get an error and it just shuts down. I am using Vista on the machine I use most often and I am wondering if this is the problem. I installed it on a machine with XP and everything works perfectly. Is there a work around for Vista? Thanks in advance.
