if you bought the silver or gold package you can probably update your GE but if you didn't you have to buy it again.

But i didn't even BUY Game Editor. I have the demo version. Could i still upgrade it

If you haven't bought it, you could probably download the demo of the latest version... I wouldn't know, though; perhaps you could try it.

But where can i find the latest version? I looked in the home page and went to downloads and couldn't find it. I only found the first one i downloaded.

1.3.8 is the version you need, it is on the download page.
and yes you can upgrade the demo version of Game Editor by downloading the latest demo.
(I would reccomend buying it some time, the silver packedge.)
