Installation on laptop & desktop question...

Hi all. I just ordered the GE basic edition. I installed it on my laptop as this is primarily what I use to code on. I tried to install the software on my desktop so I would be closer to my ppc and I get a message saying activation limit reached.
Do I need to buy another license to in order to install it on my desktop or what? Thanks for any advice.

You need a Game Editor copy for each machine
