I choose Sprites, maybe a little music.
The char are cool, but i think it's too little... maybe 2-3 times bigger will be better

If the cars are used, then char must be different. The car wiev is from top, but the char is from side...
Or the cars must be different...

I like Underworld City especially if there's a lot going on under the city--like underground parking lots, downstairs poolhalls, sewers, ever have a car chase through a sewer? etc.

I don't have much time to help but could help with the dialogues if there are going to be small dialogues and maybe help laying out the story. Do you have a plot or story in mind to go from beginning to middle to end of game? Or is it just action?

What's the guy do for a living? Taxi driver? Race car driver? Car thief? Gas monkey? None of the above? : ) Gas Monkey--I like that name. : )
