How do i get paint shop in game editor

Um this sounds kind of nooby but how do i use paintshop with Game Editor? Or any other kind of paint shop like MSpaint, Gimp, photoshop. How do i use them in GameEditor?

use paintshop to create pngs, bmps, jpgs... then in GE you create an actor, and fromt he actor control panel, you select add animation. that lets you browse through folders to find the picture you just drew.

O so i create a Pic in paintshop, and then save in on my hard drive and then add actor and then add anamation and i can choose the pic i drew rite?
