Talk about making games.

new to the scene

Postby steve412 » Wed Oct 06, 2010 7:47 am

Hi group, I have been curious about making mobile games or anything else marketable. I am well versed in max, maya, flash and most adobe; but like most software I am intemidated by new software.
Now I have concept sketches, storyboarded ideas, but have no clue where the starting line is or where/how to begin. I am trying to gear these games around touch phones and such so that should narrow the field a little for yinz and I have a few that involve collisions and such. Also I have a crash coarse, Google how to make a game so I understand small images and small files but blank after that.
Any help would be greatly appricated
Steve
