MSN user? BE AWARE!

i know this isnt GE related, but its better to be aware!

if you get someone sending you this message: hey, is that you on this photo [link] etc... :O
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE FILE PHOTO12.COM its a virus, if any of ya that are on my msn, I'M SORRY IF YOU RECEIVE THIS:
here is what it does:

1st. When you run the file, it replace the msn into a "hacked" version (Only the code is hacked, not the visual)
2nd. You loose complete control of your computer
3rd. it sends the virus link to everyone that is online.
4rt. it screws up your buddy list.
5th. It rotates your screen of 180 degree (Some graphic cards does not support rotation, you might not experience this.
6th. It resets you password on msn.

If you put your screen back to normal, its going to detect it, and change back at 180 degree

If you restart your computer, and try to run MSN again, it will do the same damn thing...

If your Firewall/anti-virus will ask you to allow Windows Live Messenger (MSN) TO ACCESS TO THE INTERNET, REFUSE! its the "hacked" version of it trying to get access.

If you see this happening, suggest you force close your computer...IMMINENT!!!!!

Ways to remove this F*CKING VIRUS!:
1st, delete teh phto12.com file
2nd run your anti-virus
3rd, uninstall msn (Since it will remove the hacked msn)
4rt reinstall msn ^^
5th TELL OTHERS ABOUT THIS!

yea, thats a good idea to do all that but, why download something from someone you dont know?

it comes from a friend that had the virus...
i have reinstalled msn now, and I'm going to restart my comp to see if it works now...

P.S. The Genuine thing i told you about happens to be part of this virus, but only works on some comps!
