Help with copyright stuff

Right, the subject kinda says it but ill develop it abit. We are making an webbsite for a schoolproject and was thinking of using this code to develop some games to the site. This will not be used in any way to make aprofit out of it and i was wondering if there was any copyright issues hindering us to use it on another site where u are able to download it and play it afterwards. Would like some support in this issue

No, there are no copyright issues for games made in ge. Feel free to put your games anywhere.

I thought there was no issues as long as it was under gplv3...
