Need some help finding a topic on forums.

in 2013-14, I used to visit forums using my mother's phone. at the time, I had no idea i can sign up and become a member of the forums ( i was kinda dumb ). but my question is, when i first visited the forums, I saw a topic which was explaining how to make a game more interesting and enjoyable. it also explained how we can give the player a load of weapons and let him pass through a level very easily (destroying everything), and also we can take off his weapons and make him defenceless (so he can feel helpless). these tips were so awesome and i thought i should search the topic again to read. i almost searched several times using different topic titles, but i can't find it if anyone knows what am i searching for, please help me!
