What size icon should I use for a pocket pc game?

What size icon should I use for a pocket pc game?

I have tried different sizes. I am using a 24x24 or 25x25 now and it works ok, but when it shows on the recently opened application list, it only shows the upper left quarter of the icon.

Use 16x16 and 32x32 icons
Game Editor is an open source game creator software that's wants to pay it's developers to keep evolving.
