so, this other pic you posted doesn't count, unfortunately, it must be self-made...

i think it was me and j2graves and a few other people planned it out to be for MS paint.

well, my pic isn't exactly made with MS Paint, but with MS powerpoint.
there isn't much difference in drawing there.
is my pic still gonna count?

With Icon Lover, the only thing plus from ms paint is like Transparencies and layers
but very similar to paint! (I could of done it on paint, but some quality lost...)

as long as its made with a program thats either:

a microsoft program
a program thats very simaler to paint, can't use photoshop or anything(game a gogo your ok)

Programs that are not to be used:

photoshop
paint.net
corel draw
any other program simalar

well, powerpoint can also do 3d stuff like:

but that's cheap and you would recognize it as a simple 3d setting.

Bee-Ant, you say that the sample picture is not your entry. Now I know very little about drawing but I like the cartoony 3D effect in that picture. Did you draw it or did you use a 3D program? I like that style. You should make a step-by-step tutorial on how you make such a picture if it is drawn. I would very much be interested to learn.

Oh...well, I made it with Ms Paint...
OK, I'll make it's tutorial...just wait it OK!!!
