Tiles, characters, game images!?

Where can we find a pre-assorted library of already-made tiles to place in levels? And all set animated characters and other game images? You know, to promote creativity without creating the most basic things yourself? Are there any resources out there for it?

It would be great not to have to create things that are already out there. It would be like re-inventing the wheel.

I know somewhat how to use game-editor, I just would like the resources to put ideas all together.

Besides the images you get in the tutorials, gameEditor doesn't have a defined library, though gameEditor will in the future. For now, you'll have to use libraries found outside of gameEditor (or the occasional free images on the forums). There are plenty of sites recommend on the forums, here's a topic with some links.
