I have been using GE now for some time, and I have had a strange problem when using keyboard input to write scripts. My problem you see is that for some reason I cant use the "=" and the "[ and ]" are ofset by one key to the left. ( so there on these keys "[ is on ] " and "] is on \" I have tried everything to make them work including reloading the keyboard drivers. Iam using US keyboard ( and yes the keyboard is fine in every other program like notepad)
This makes my life very hard to say the least as you cant really program anything without the = sign. ( i have been getting around this by openeing notepad and cutting and pasting the = sign to GE.
Iam using Windows XP media edition with all the updates. and the computer is a Toshiba Qosmio G20 laptop.
I also tried to close every other program and shut down all the services and DLL's I could incase one was interfering with GE. all to no avail.
PLEASE HELP !!! I cant go on cutting and pasting the = sign !!
