A simple(I think) Question on PPC screen size

I create a PPC game in 240X320, I set the display for Window.

The problem:
The PPC menu across the top with the icon and the menu at the bottom never show up and are covered by my created display.

How do I get my game to look like a traditional PPC screen?

Do I have to design the screen to look that way? or is there something that I'm doing wrong?

When I set an Icon, it never shows on my screen either... TIA

The current version only create PocketPC games in full screen mode.
So, your game will cover all screen
