Button configuration for smartphone

Postby dubbros » Thu Mar 27, 2008 10:32 am

Hi,
I'm a french developper.

I've making a little test for button on Pocket PC. I use the config "Pocket PC keys" and use "Key Down -> a" for the Pocket A button, and exactly the same for the B and C button.
It's work well on my Pocket PC, but when I export to smartphone, the button doesn't work. I use a Qtek 9090 or 9100.

Do I need to use the function remapkey to choose the good button at the startup of the game ?

Sorry,

after searching two days. I have just test on a different smartphone of a friend and it's work.

I just understand the "B button" of my smartphone is broken :-( but now I know that work. I'm happy. Thanks for this engine.

Now I will try to use the numpad of the smartphone, the "KeyDown->[2]" doesn't work, maybe I need to use "KeyDown->[A]" or can we turn the numpad to numeric value ?
I want to use the 2 for up, 8 for down, 4 for left and 6 for right.

Try just use the numeric keys.

Oh yes, you've right.

I haven't see the difference between the numeric keypad and the normal numeric keyboard ([1] -> 1) but now everything works fine. And I can use my game on with/without touchscreen smartphone.

thanks a lot
