You mean tweening? Possibly. :D Might just be easier to just make frames.

I meant, it would be cool if we could make a vector engine using canvases. That would be really cool if we could. But the work would be intense :D

Just wanted to say that synfig really is great!! That's what I use for all my animations in my game that I'm about to post a demo of. All animation, and it's all superhigh quality, and some things literally took me like 10 minutes to make! Tip though save often, it doesn't crash a lot but sometimes it does, just save and there are literally no other problems.

Thanks for the information Ikarus :D

So I'm assuming that Synfig has an export option?

Yep, you export directly to gif. I've been reading a lot of tutorials on this program. I find it's kind of glitchy on Windows 7 (keyframes didn't show up on timeline  ) But yeah, works fine on XP XD heheh, both of those are emoticons.

What I do is export to png and use spriteconv.jar to join them into a sprite. I have some animations, like the title for the game, that are 150 frames long!!

Cool, I didn't know how you could do that. I'd much rather use png than gif. Sounds like you're brewing up quite a game! :D
