well without the images then i dont see any of the actors and since your problems with animations then it makes it hard to know if i fixed it

Okay, by the looks of it, I'd have to send the files separately, which sucks, but if it works, it might be what we have to do. Problem is, it doesn't want to take the BMP format, so we have to work around that.

Just use winRAR or some similar program, create .zip file of your whole game folder and drag it to the java uploader (the one with text "Click or drag and drop a file here")
