i just got game editor and have a few questions.....

I just started game editor and wanted to make a game similer to guitar hero.

Can someone answer any of these questions....

1. how can I add music?
2.How can i make it so that when i press an arrow key a block will disapear?
3.how can i make a "score", like display the score after a block disappears?
4.how can i make a block disapear if you take to long to get rid of it. like if a block pops up and you don't press the arrow key.
5. how can i make blocks pop up randomly

I know this is a lot of questions but i just started. I veiwd all titorials, except the last 3 and i'm still having trouble about the adding scripts stuff. my game is like this: left arrow key is a green block, right arrow key is a blue block, up arrow key is a red block, and down arrow key is a yellow block. so when you press a key that color block will go away. when you get rid of a block you get points added to your score. if you take to long to hit the arrow key, the block will go away and you will get no points.{i tried to make it just like guitar hero} I hope this isn't tooo confuseing,but if you can answer any questions i will gladly apperciate it.

ummmmmmmmm, mabey you should either wait until your better at scripting or ask some more advanced scriptors. I'd tell you but I think it'd take to long.

I wonder why, and also, there is a small bug when you press the keys when none of the keys are highlighted, I am not at my house, so I can't upload the correct GED

Here is the bug-free one.
Maybe Makslane will be able to help you out, and it's also maybe because this is a GE 1.3.8 version instead of the latest

oh!!! your probably right i have the latest version thats why. Can i still download version 8 anywhere?

No, but even so, it shoudl still be able to load it.
When you open the GED file, does it shows the actors and stuff?

Your game runs just fine in the latest version of GE (just tried it in Game Mode). Nice little game you've got there, good job

well when i open up the folder and actualy get to the game part, it says error could not load. i press ok on this and then press game mode and nothing happens. it's just a little black screen. maybe it's something with my computer. I also found where i can download the 8th version and not the latest, but its like 180 dollars or something.
