help with scoreing

in my game i would like to be able to click on a coin and have it add to my score but i dont know how too.if somebody could help me with scoreing that would really help me! :D

Make a text actor which shows the number of scores.
Make that when you click on the coin, your text actors value is +1.
I can't die, I already tried
