Buddha Game Demo

Postby arcfire » Thu Jan 24, 2013 6:43 am

Dear game-editor users. This is a test game
I made over a couple of weeks of learning to
use game-editor I hope you like it.

It's easy to play just try to click on the moving Buddha to collect points. There are 3 levels after three it loops back to level 2 and starts over.

Most of the resources used were my own, except for the laugh .wav file, a couple of modified graphics files, and a bit of code I modified from the fighting-demo-ize by Bee-Ant.

I would appreciate any feedback, just a fun project. I had some trouble with the code not being as random and symmetrical as I would like. Getting use to small graphics was also slightly difficult, thinking of this game for handhelds and cellphones.

Thanks again for any help.

Thank you. :)

I was hoping someone would like it.

I hope someone will let me know how to improve it. Or, if it's worth anymore work.

maybe you could add in objects you can't press into the harder levels. That would be fun :)

Not bad ... But could've improved the Gameplay (play test your game with someone and watch they play !).

Add a click anywhere on the screen (filled Region) to start rather than clicking on that Green Button.

And single GED file could've done the job by tweaking the ingame codes for various levels.

& Use Low size Fonts.

Keep up the good work. Raise your level next time.

I prefer Meiryo. It comes packed with most Windows 7's.
My school make us use Verdana, size a zillion and a half for essays. I say "F*ck it" and use Meiryo, size 12.
