Big error when exiting a .ged file game...

there is a Big error when exiting a .ged file game in game editor, I saw one of my spears in a game go flying over the editing area after I exited the game and I fallowed it and it did not dissappear, I fallowed it untill it went to fast. and another time after that there was a spear just spinning the way it was before I left the game
I cannot click on it or move it it just keeps on spining. Here is a pic.

BTW, makslane, it happens in this small demo, just press esc while there is smoke
