Game Editor for Dingoo A320

Postby Ikonz101 » Tue Mar 23, 2010 7:52 pm

The Dingoo A320 is a very close cousin to the Gp2X and uses an OS called Dingux (Linux). Many ports have been made from Gp2x to Dingoo with ease. I am new to Game Editor and I noticed that Game Editor can compile the games to GP2X format and was wondering if it is possible to put a option for the Dingoo A320. The A320 has a huge fan base and you can check out all that is happening over at: http://dingoo-scene.blogspot.com/. Here is a pic and specs for the Dingoo A320:

Dingo uses MIPS CPU. Game Editor code needs to be revised to support MIPS too.
The port of Game Editor engine is easy if the device uses ARM or x86 CPU.

Well that is not good news :( Any hope of the Game Editor getting revised to use MIPS? If not hopefully someone can pick up the source code over at the Dingoo Scene forums and try to make it run on the Dingoo. Thanks for the reply.

There is no plans for MIPS support now.
But any developer can get the code and make it.
