A link to the GE website on the forum.

Ideas for Game Editor evolution.

A link to the GE website on the forum.

I've noticed that there is no link leading to the Game Editor website on the forums, I think it would be very convenient if there was one. Is this a possiblity?
Just a suggestion. :)

actually i think he has a good point....

sorry :(

but if you are searching on the web for terms like
making games
sprites
windows mobile games

etc etc

you quite often hit links directing you straight to the GE forums, and not the "index page"

so, for some new people who are simply browsing the web, it could help to have a big "flashy" button (or something) saying click here to read about game editor,... or whatever..

mostly for attracting random browsers

just a thought

I think the graphic at the top (the pacman) and the game-editor.com letters should be a link to the main site. I've found myself clicking on them before with the assumption that the words "game-editor.com" would be a link to game-editor.com.....

Great idea, great points! I support.
Ya, it should be something quite noticable, because there's a rather small chance that a person searching the web really knows GE... The idea of just turning the header into a link isn't good, cause not everyone thinks before doing something...

Actually, it looks like Makslane already took my advice . :)
The pacman on the top of the screen has become a link.

Yeah, nice! :D
- Though -
if someone is dumb, like many surfers on the net, then they won't try looking for a link that tells them what the HELL is on this forum, unless they're slapped in the face by one...
