healthbar with animpose codes.

hey guys, can someone tell me how to make a healthbar using animposes? i know how to make on with different animations but right now im being lazy and i want to know how to use animpose codes better. my friend sent me some animpose codes but they didn't work so if u can tell me wat codes to use and where that'd be great
