help me please on reborn

if someone please can help me, how do i do the following:
when an actor dies, same actor is being created each time somewhere else in a canvas.

and one more thing, can someone teach me (AIM, MSN or ICQ)
in a chat system the basic scripts and help me sometimes? =/
