Outdated?

Hey, I've been doing research, and I don't know if this the right platform for me. I know how to use it, but I'm wondering; is Game Editor outdated? Should I be using something else? I'm worried that it's not good for my tastes. Can someone please help me?

I wouldn't say it is outdated, Game Editor is a great engine but currently, it is not at it's peak. I think it's due to the reduction in active forum members. Trust me, you're at the right place.

Well it being outdated shouldn't be a problem depending on what sort of game you want to make. But gameEditor has stopped development years ago and lacks features such as scaling rotation and the ability to go between windowed and fullscreen modes in game. If that's not a problem for you then gameEditor is worth a shot so long as you're not trying to do anything 3D.
