Digital Clock for free

Postby Jan » Sat Apr 02, 2005 7:43 am

Just finished a digital clock in GE. Maybe it’s not a biggy but if someone is interested in it, just mail me and I will send it to you.
It counts the minutes like seconds. And counts days.

Please keep in mind that I'm only using GE for 6 days now.

Cool Jan!

Why don't you contribute it to the GE demo section? That way all people could see how it is done. Maybe Makslane would feature it on the main webpage if he decides to bring back that feature...
I've learned that I still have a lot to learn.

Hello friends !
Will :
1 - Load your image on a FTP and get its location adress.
NOTE : To have an image from the web viewed on GE, right click to copy and use its location

2 - Copy and Paste it in GE's Message Body.

Very nice! I've started a Calculator, because when I upgraded my OS on my PDA, i lost my nice one, and they gave me this crappy one.

Ah, yes. Now I remember. Must have been an age related memory slip!

Here is a bit of trivia for you:
* Did you know that the programmers who created the C programming language used cryptograms of their girlfriends' names to create some of the keywords for the language?

Seems like Makslane is in pretty good company there!

Jan:
Your demo and tutorial are both wonderful. Thank you for contributing them. I've been up since 3:00AM this morning transporting to the airport, and flying home. I'm pooped but I still couldn't resist downloading your demo and giving the tutorial a little workout.
I'll be looking forward to seeing more of your creations. Thanks again...

Thanks, I intent to post a new one every week. I am aming on the beginners at first. Not in the first place because I don't know that much of GE for now, but I know by experience that it's hard to start with programming if you don't have some positive results soon. So I hope this will attract starters and give them that wonderfull feeling of programming. I would appreciate the help of you all. Send ideas and routines for me to translate into flows. Don't hessitate to send your comments, corrections, improvements of whatever I make. Even corrections on spelling would be nice. Because English is not my native language, so your input would be greatly appreciated.
