Update android tutorial

Hey, can someone update the android tutorial as all the external software has been updated meaning there are problems with the setup.bat

I have noticed your message in the actual topic.

I'm sorry I haven't answered earlier. I'm also sorry for having to say that currently I have no time for updating the topic,
since that would take a lot research if the programs have changed greatly.

I will update it when I can.
