Does anyone know of a good FREE WAV editor? I could really do with one to resample some wav sound fx and reduce the length and size of some .

Because im so grateful! Well, actually I dont know why it appeared twice, my system froze for ages after I clicked submit, then when the page updated it was there twice. If I could have deleted it I would have! Does it matter?
