I don't think I will make it. I keep getting delayed with problem after problem, and right when I think I solved it, another occurs. I am having one that I don't get right now, and I am starting to think I won't make it.

Hey, don't give up man! I find most problems are solved when I'm taking a break or I'm not actually working on my project or whatever. I know you'll figure out whatever it is you're having trouble with.

But yeah, that gets especially frustrating with a time limit. There is over a week left though! Give those bugs a roundhouse kick to the face!

I have a base system down for a game, so if I finish map system I will enter this contest as well!

Jag is right, don't give up... The more the merrier! I'm only half way done on mine... It's a simple one though, I don't know if its gonna be up to the standards of the other games. But still I will finish it.

Having a deadline works great for me, it gets me under pressure and I like it more than having no deadline... Keep it up and like the Master Jag said take a little break, not a relaxing break but a break from what you're doing. Do something different like play mini games online, cook, go trolling.

You'll be surprised the answer will come out when it needs to. Your brain will work on it while your taking a break. It's amazing how the brain works.

Well my problem is I took a lot of breaks that I kind of came back to animation problems, which I thought I solved, but I didn't and I have an idea that I think will work. Hopefully it will work finally with no new problems. Hey, right before I finished this post, I fixed another problem that I mentioned earlier that confused me. Hopefully the animation problem will be fixed.

I am going to drop it. Sorry, I would rather work on my next game. I have a good idea on what the next theme will be by the votes, so I am starting the September Game instead.

Theres still 16 days NoH,you can ask for help if you're stuck at 1 point. I know you can do it! But if you really are too busy,I understand. Don't force yourself into this competition,at least you tried,and I know you could make it in September.

actually the deadline to finish games this month is the end of the 21st. After that, no more games can be submitted. Judge week is 22nd to 28th, and the award ceremony if at least five enter is the 29th to 30th.

well most of my groundwork is laid out i used my nifty template engines i've been working on i would approximate that im halfway to 65% done so you should see something in the next couple days

although my game won't be a full game as one of the aspects will be the ability for the user to create there own maps so i will have some levels built but im hoping there will be some user created content as well later down the road, the rest of my dev time will be concentrated on making unique abilities possibly and for sure on implementing the darkness into it, and the last of my time concentrated on artwork

my games a secret but it's going to be a revamp of one of my first titles i released way back then so no ones bound to know what it is
