With the Demo version of GE, there is a watermark that says it's made with GE.
But if you buy the program, you are free to do any game and sell them as you wish =D

if you buy the full version, you'll be able to make games for windows, pocket pc, windows mobile-based cellphones and linux :]=

Not to mention the fact that buying GE (for such an amazingly low price) would help to keep the developer and the development of GE going. It’s a one man company and he works very hard for us all, he deserves the credit and the cash. If you hang around here or search through the forums you will realise that his support is second to none. Let’s face it, he’s a busy man and has to pay his bills, if nobody buys then his energy would be better spent elsewhere and there would be little reason to keep GE going, and that really would be a shame, everyone would lose out :(
