Changing Frame Rate?

Is there any way to change the frame rate of an animation within script editor? Or do I have to make separate animations to have different frame rates?
For small creatures such as we the vastness is bearable only through love.

You can't change the global fps in script. It is however possible to simulate fps change, but it takes a lot of work and setup.
