You cant. Geapp and Geplayer are coded for device. Normally simulator is not needed if u have a device. You can download your app to geplayer to test. You can produce a app using geapp.

the geplayer is used to test the .dat/
and the geapp is used to produce the app so that run in the iphone .

Yes. Download a file named "geplayer.dat" to geplayer with ftp to test. Geplayer will show ip to connect to when started on device.
