i just want to make this clear first

I AM NOT ASKING HOW TO DO THIS!!!!! ( and i never will, im just asking cuz im curious )

lol i am just curious just how far in depth GE's graphics abilities are

this is a video of a kind of cloaking, or pixle distortion method, it was used in the original starcraft ( which is 2d)

No, GE does not support refraction over transparent actors. it would required ray tracing or ray casting.
Programming games is an art,
