any one want o know how to make 3d levels

realy every thing is limated to ur imagination im thinking of making a game were there are fires and leaves blowing across the bourd trees blowing in the wind clouds that move realy can do any thing u can think of if u have the right idea and programs to do so any body want any tips on how to do these types of things i can give u some tips and let u know how to do it just trying to help out ppl here sins im good with graphics
