3D looking people

hey, can anyone make 3d looking people? If so, i need a Angel-Warrior, Demon, Skeleton, and a Spider. they will be from the side view. Here is a sample of what these characters should look like.

you could always try using claymation (plasticine) as your animation and then putting it in GE. Otherwise, you could use different shades of light and hue to make it look 3d?
