Menu?

Two questions:
1)Hi guys how do i create a menu for my game like when i first start the game this comes up Press Space Bar to play how do i do that?

2) when my character dies, how can i make him go back to the start point? not just keep hitting esc or xing out of the game.

You can use the LoadGame function to reload the whole game.
