Fuzzy should come to help in coding...
And I would come to help in the new TUTORIAL GAME :mrgreen:
I mean, would you like to add more game for tutorial?not just Caveman and Space Invaders.... :roll: :oops:

The problem with the built in tutorials is the dependency of the interface.
A new tutorial engine must be developed with the new interface.
Game Editor is an open source game creator software that's wants to pay it's developers to keep evolving.

O_O If I knew anything about scripting, I'd ask you to explain the problem, but that wouldn't do any good.

The suspect that the .gedt files are dependent on the current interface's dimensions and the specific location of buttons, etc. That's why changing the interface requires rebuilding them from square 1...

How about solving the whole problem with creating youtube videos as tutorials, calling them the "official Game Editor tutorial #...", and as Game Editor links to the web now, the tutorials could be linked up easily too. It's separate work, it's easy for others to contribute once a formula is developed....

or adding a GE tube.... where the vids could be displayed in HQ.
But I guess there isn't enough space for that.

Makslane: For networking you could look at the RakNet source. It has pretty to easy use source.
