R4DS Compatibility

Has anyone heard of the R4DS? If so then does anyone know if it will support a GE executable from windows?

if your planning to use an M3 or similar, R4s suck really bad, even though thay are cheap. They only let you download games that were available when it came out.. TT'S are pretty cheap and good, and
the real is nice to. if you want a high quality one though, i recommend a cyclone (about 60.00) or an M5. I dont
know for sure, but can you tell me f there are such things as M4s(The R4 is an M3)?
