Scrolling is not smooth in editor

I tried the Getting Start tutorial - Making a view follow an actor 3, the screen scrolling is not smooth when the actor collide with the left or right region. But the export .exe is no such problem. Is it a bug?

Yes is a bug. I have tested here and happens sometimes. I will look this.
