Making things solid in an rpg game

I was just playing around and going off of a posted tutorial for a platforming game and was wondering how to make an object solid like a reception desk. Does anybody know how to make that work?

Ok i put the fix now the desk is solid. Which tutorial did you use? Ok when you set the collision make sure where it says repeat while colliding you change the no to a yes.

Thanks! I was using the caveman demo named "caveman_base" that came with game editor.
