Game Editor's True Capabillities

Something just hit me... GE is open source so any system that supports C++ can have a GE port!
You see if I made this one game on Unity I would never be able to port it to Game Boy Advance or Dreamcast... You see I think maybe in the hands of a programming genius GE is a limitless 2D game creation software! And with the full version of GE 1.4.1 we can look forward to a lot of things! :D

I'm not so much just stating a fact but also asking a question, tell me if you think I'm wrong...

Well I agree with you. GE provides opportunity to create and edit games on different platforms.
Also, GE is the simplest and most powerful tool to create games providing control over our game, much more than other well known softwares I have tested.
(But it's just my thinking.)
Everyone is bound to one's sphere of knowledge.
What he finds inside it, terms it as reality. And what is far beyond his reach, an illusion for him. But sometimes illusions can be a reality and reality merely an illusion.

I've just realized nobody is talking about game maker anymore... Looks as though they're taking strain too...
