Help with many problems noobs seem to have

there have many topics like this, but they all seem unorganized and hard to follow.
i have a better idea to keep it organized. (also this might be a good idea to be stickied so people stop posting repetative topics like Jimmy said.. Im not asking for it, im just saying it might be a good idea) ANYWAY

it took me about 3hours to find good ones.
i went through all pages of support from the beginning.
there are also a few i know are missing, but i could not find by searching the forum
