Game-Editor exe doesn't fly on Nova 5000

Game editor executable crashes Nova 5000 Win CE device. The simplist "hello world" executable fails on this device that has an 800X400 display. Here are the details:
Exception: 0xC0000005
Address: 00130FEC

Any Ideas?

Game Editor is an open source game creator software that's wants to pay it's developers to keep evolving.
