hi guys

thought to spill my brain out too

well i strongly believe that what matter is not the knowledge you dont have about something but the little knowledge you have about that thing and the procedure to implement it successfully in an improvized and innovative way.

i have no programming background still i ahve created many games using lingo (macromedia director) and actionscript (macromedia flash) and now working wth GE for platform games with help from all you people here.

GE is a paltform which gives us a competetive environement(without much programming knowledge) to create new commercial valued games. i can create more then 10 different games just using the logic of simple game like moon defender.

thats the vastness of GE which softwares like GAME MAKER cannot provide. where you have to always work with predifined scripting which you cannot alter that much.

yes GE has its own limits mainly in bug problems and the final outcome formats ( which is still better then all other creators as it provides for 3 differnt platforms.)

but in coming months i strongly believe that mutiplayer games, online and mobile games will be possible through GE.

I will request makslane that never make GE a click and do action type software as game maker or it will take away all the fun from GE.

Even I approve the idea of "An upload space on the discussion board for learners to show their ged files to other more experienced users."

regards

sunny

Scripts rock.
Controlling complexity is the essence of computer programming.
