Postby J Slayer67 » Wed Jun 13, 2007 12:47 pm

i'm not sure if it's GE or just my codes so what i'm trying to on the game is to make my player gain xp then gain a lvl. the xp worked then i added that if xp.textNumber=xp.textNumber>999; my lvl text number would = 2;

can anyone take a look at my .ged and try and help me?

PS: im keeping a list of who helped me so they will be on the creds thx for your time

Some fixes:

Instead:

Code: Select all
xp.textNumber=xp.textNumber=0000;

Just use:

Code: Select all
xp.textNumber=0;

Instead:

Code: Select all
if (xp.textNumber=xp.textNumber=1000)
{
    nl.textNumber=nl.textNumber=1500;
    xp.textNumber=xp.textNumber=0000;
    lvl.textNumber=lvl.textNumber=02;
}

Use:

Code: Select all
if (xp.textNumber >= 1000) //Or > any number you want...
{
    nl.textNumber=1500;
    xp.textNumber=0;
    lvl.textNumber=02;
}
