I have an idea too. It is easy to make a city, if it is planned. My idea is making a bitmap. A pixel is a set color if it is a road/building, grass, water,etc. Then you'd just have to put it in to GE.
We could all make one, and then we could either pic one, or just make all. After all, we need the sprites, which we can work on easily. (ok, the ones of us who can
) And then it's just a matter of making sure that 2 buildings of the same type don't get next to eachother...What do you think? Or only one of us could do it, and I'd be happy to do that, if no one else wants to.
