Testing and improving the physics engine

Hey fellas!

I made this small physics engine test to see the most common issues.
This shows several problems - balls going through walls when pressed hard, if you give them gravity, they will jump continuously once fallen down.

My question is - are there ways to improve this within game code, without modifying GE or anything.
